Meat In The Middle
Guy's grabbing dishes stacked and stuffed with off-the-hook goodness. In Baltimore, the cozy pasta bar rolling out righteous ravioli and topping things off with killer clams. In Eugene, Ore., the sandwich food truck creating a meaty, cheesy masterpiece and a double dose of pork. And in Cable, Wis., the small town favorite charging up their barbecue with espresso and firing up creme brulee French toast.
Guy's filling up on some serious soup. In Baltimore, the authentic Irish pub serving up seafood gumbo and a twist on traditional corned beef and cabbage. In Eugene, Ore., the joint dishing out 80 different kinds of soup, from a Middle Eastern take on lamb to Peruvian pork and quinoa. And in Cincinnati, the Vietnamese spot cranking out phenomenal pho and a bahn mi sandwich turned on its head.
All Baltimore All The Time
Guy's hitting the pavement for a tasty tour of Baltimore. First, just off Dundalk Ave, the local legend cranking out all kinds of crab plates. Then in the Hamilton neighborhood, the farm-to-table spot cooking up bacon-wrapped meatloaf and Asian braised pork. And in the Upper Fells Point neighborhood, the funky pizza joint firing up some outta bounds pies and savory risotto balls.
Fresh Fish & Funky Chicken
Guy's hittin' the road for some outrageous seafood and tasty bird. In Des Moines, Iowa, the trophy-winning barbecue joint smokin' up all kinds of unique wings and dishin' out an out-of-bounds apple dumpling dessert. Across town in West Des Moines, a real deal Equadorian spot cookin' up authentic specialties like chicken with rice and pork with hominy. And in Eugene, Oregon, the seafood market servin' up totally fresh caught Dungeness crab and a legit cajun crawfish pie.
Nothing like a little Southern hospitality to tickle your taste buds. In this one-hour special, Guy's celebrating good old Southern home cooking, from collards and grits in South Carolina to scratch-made biscuits in Oregon. Then to St. Louis for some real deal soul food, Cajun classics in Indiana, dumplings in the Carolinas and po' boys in Kentucky. And back to a memorable DDD spot, the Michigan joint where serving up gizzards is its specialty. Ring the bell, supper's ready y'all!

From California to Florida, New York to Arizona, we're covering all the classics, like killer waffles, old-school biscuits and gravy, the bomb huevos rancheros and an out-of-bounds hash extravaganza. Plus, some not-so-typical early morning bites, like Louisiana veal, bacon donuts and a pancake that looks just like Guy himself.
Mother knows best, and in this one-hour special, Guy is traveling the nation celebrating all-things mom, from treasured recipes handed down through generations, to righteous restaurants where you feel like you're part of the family. From Connecticut to Cali, international favorites to down-home American classics, Guy's digging into pork in more tasty ways than you'd ever imagine. Whether pulled or baked, stuffed in a sandwich or piled high on a pie, these off-the-hook pork dishes are sure to get the flavor jets going.
Fish, Fries And Feet
Guy's tackling everything from land to sea. In Des Moines, the funky fusion joint serving up unique burritos alongside off-the-chain bulgogi masa fries. Across town in the Beaverdale area of Des Moines, the Southern spot cooking up all the classics, from ribs and red beans and rice to catfish cakes and collards. And in Atlantic City, the husband-wife duo dishing out soul food standouts like turkey chops and pig feet.
Cruisin' The Italian Countryside
Guy's taking a tasty tour through Tuscany, Italy. In Montecatini Alto, the hillside seafood spot serving up a squid ink specialty and a Mediterranean prawn-artichoke mashup. To the west in Collodi, Guy swings through the "birthplace of Pinocchio" to reunite with an old buddy dishing out legit spaghetti and outrageous lamb. Then, Guy's headed south for a bucket list experience of truffle hunting in the mountains of San Miniato. And finally to Lucca for one last stop, at a true Tuscan joint cooking up all kinds of totally fresh pasta with mussels and an out of bounds oxtail tortelli.
Fillin' Up In Florence
Guy's hitting up totally traditional Italian spots in Florence, Italy. First, the 50-year-old landmark serving up their legendary spaghetti specialty and some crazy good chicken. Then, the second generation spot reeling in the awards and cranking out all kinds of totally fresh pasta. And finally, the popular pizza place sharing their Italian dough-making secrets and cooking up a legit salami-cheese calzone.
Guy's heading southwest for a flavor-filled tour of sunny Arizona. First, the real deal Italian market making an authentic beef specialty straight from the mother country. Also in Scottsdale, a pitstop at the funky gas station/barbecue cafe dishin' out the bomb brisket alongside a host of handcrafted fuel - yes, fuel. And in Phoenix, the out-of-the-box burger joint serving up all kinds of crazy culinary creations.
