  • Weird And Wacky
    Adam discovers looks may be deceiving as he encounters weird and wacky treats on his adventure for sweets. In New York, tortilla-shaped cookies make the Treats Truck's decadent Dessert Nachos look like the classic Mexican dish and in Salt Lake City, the Watermelon Taffy Adam samples at Sweet Candy Co. resembles a slice of the fruit with a green taffy rind, soft pink center, and sugary black seeds. Adam finds a sweeter way to eat his veggies at The Creole Creamery in New Orleans, with ice cream flavors such as Sweet Corn with Cracked Pepper and Raspberry Coulis and the Beet Generation.

  • Take The Cake
    Adam visits bakeries around the country offering quirky and innovative adaptations of traditional cake. Kickass Cupcakes in Somerville, Mass. takes an edgy approach to the classic cupcake with treats like Deep Fried Cupcakes and Cupcakes-A-Go-Go. Adam discovers a new way to bake cake in Chicago, where Lutz Cafe and Pastry Shop prepares their Baumkuchen by roasting the cake in layers. Cake Balls and Cake Shakes may not look like the conventional confection, but Adam finds they sure taste like it at Holy Cacao in Austin, Texas. Adam gobbles up Sno Balls at the Hostess facility in Biddeford, Maine.

  • Brain Freeze
    Adam chills out with the coolest and tastiest treats he can find. At iCream in Chicago, Adam explores the part shop, part laboratory and mixes his own frozen concoction using liquid nitrogen. Adam sips the signature frosty gelato cocktails at Sugarland, a bar and sweet shop in Chapel Hill, N.C. popular with UNC students for its Tartini. In New Orleans, Plum Street Snoball's Strawberry Cheesecake and Bananas Foster snowballs turn Adam's notions of snow cones upside-down. On a tour of the Dippin' Dots factory in Paducah, Ky., Adam learns the secret behind the creaminess of the flash-frozen beads of ice cream.

  • Classic Twists
    Adam finds surprising twists on classic favorites. M&M's unveils an exciting new addition to its traditional line-up when Adam visits its facility in Cleveland, Tenn. Adam discovers exciting ice pops in Nashville, Tenn. where Las Paletas serves funky flavors like Rose and Cream and Cantaloupe-Mint. At Big Top Candy Shop Adam slurps down an exotic Wasabi Vanilla Milkshake and a refreshing Cucumber Soda, perfect for the hot Austin weather. Adam dares to try a spicy take on a cool treat that requires a waiver to eat. at Sunni Sky's Homemade Ice Cream in Angier, N.C.

  • Eye Candy
    Adam discovers creative confections that look just as good as they taste. In Toronto, Adam gets a chance to play with Candy Blox and Candy Stampers, Concord Confection's new tasty toys. Adam visits an art gallery in Oxon, Md, displaying sugary sculptures made of Peeps Marshmallows at the company's retail store. At Bleeding Heart Bakery, Adam discovers the most delicious punk-rock cakes Chicago has to offer.

  • Blissfully Sweet
    Adam travels coast to coast and indulges in the most unusual desserts. In Houston, Adam snacks on two of his savory favorites in sweet form, Chocolate Pizza and Texas Fritos Brittle at The Chocolate Bar. Adam dines on a twist to a three-course menu in Washington, D.C. at Co Co Sala that featured desserts for every stage. In Los Angeles, the ice cream sandwiches Adam devours at Coolhaus feature unusual flavor combinations from Italian red wine to purple yam. At Flying Monkey Patisserie, Adam discovers Kitchen Sink Brownie and the spicy Santa Fe Brownie, some of the most outrageous sweets in Philadelphia.
