Lucent Dossier The pastry chefs create exotic flaming desserts as inspired by the Lucent Dossier Experience performance troupe, but one culinarian feels the heat of stressful competition and must leave the contest. Edible Fashion A style trial ensues when the pastry chefs whip up inventive fashion-themed edibles. Black & White Stop the presses - it's deadlines and headlines when the remaining contestants create bold black-and-white desserts for an anniversary party for the Los Angeles Times newspaper. Dessert Wars Battle lines are drawn when the six remaining pastry chefs wage culinary combat in the inaugural "Dessert Shop Wars." Celebritea Party The five remaining pastry chefs must whip up unique desserts for a magazine-sponsored shindig. Shinmin Li is the guest judge. Ben And Sylvia's 61st The final quartet of dessert artisans must produce an anniversary cake for noted cake maven Sylvia Weinstock. Pastry chef Francois Payard is the guest judge. Finale The final three dessert artisans square off in the crowning challenge, whipping up a four-course, sweet-meets-savory feast. The winner is then named.
