  • New Orleans
    Chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking take on tongue-torching food in The Big Easy, with stops for hot sausage Po' boys, kickin' jambalaya and Cajun-style crawfish. The spicy quest ends at a true hotspot in the French Quarter, where the boys battle it out to see who can finish a bowl of legendary Creole gumbo laced with XXXX Voodoo sauce! Got milk?

  • Chicago
    Roger and Aaron visit the Windy City making a stop at Hot Doug's to sample famous hot dogs including The Atomic Bomb made of pork sausage, jalapeno and habanero peppers. At Heaven on Seven, they take in the Wall of Fire featuring more than 400 bottles of hot sauces and dig into Cajun-inspired dishes like the aptly-named Hot as a Mutha pasta. Their quest ends at Bricks where they attempt the Super Painful Pizza Challenge: eating a 10-inch pizza covered in jalapeno and scotch bonnet peppers with only water in just ten minutes.

  • Seattle
    Roger and Aaron start with a fire in Seattle hitting up Easy Joe's for the notorious ???Bloody Joe,??? a sizzling specialty brunch item with ingredients including pepper vodka, house pickles and copious amounts of habanero peppers. They also stop by Araya's Place, a Thai restaurant featuring some of the hottest cuisine in all of Seattle, including the Tom Yum Soup served with an actual flame in the dish. Aaron and Roger's last stop is the Wing Dome, where the 7 Alarm Challenge is not for the faint of heart. Chiliheads must sign a waiver to take their turn at seven wings in seven minutes with no napkins or water. It's a challenge only one in ten complete.

  • Santa Fe
    Roger and Aaron head to the southwestern border for a tongue-twisting taste test. At Tomasitas, located in the Santa Fe Railyard, Roger and Aaron challenge their palate with sopapillas smothered in chiles guaranteed to leave mouths smoking. They also head to Kakawa Chocolate House where they create fiery Chili Chocolate Elixir drinks and sample whole chiles dipped in caramel and chocolate. Last stop on the Santa Fe tour is The Cowgirl for a pulled pork sandwich showdown, where they risk their tongues on a sandwich that's soaked in chipotle barbeque sauce for more than ten hours.

  • Miami
    Chefs Roger Mooking and Aaron Sanchez seek food that's hotter-than-the-sun on the balmy beaches of Miami. Authentic Jamaican jerk chicken and fiery Peruvian ceviche bring the heat, but at a hip Mexican eatery, the boys challenge each other to the hottest drink on the planet: the Vato Loco.

  • Charleston
    In South Carolina, chefs Roger Mooking and Aaron Sanchez discover the true meaning of Southern heat. They indulge in tongue-torching dishes like XXX Spicy Oyster Shooters, Spicy Sriracha Doughnuts and Jalapeno Mac and Cheese! And then, it's chef versus chef, as the boys face off with a plate of killer nachos, drenched in Death Relish salsa.

  • Philadelphia
    Chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking hit Rocky's home turf looking for spicy food that packs a punch. Contenders include a spicy Philly Cheesesteak known at 'The Heater,' and killer Sicilian dishes in the famous Italian Market. The hot-and-spicy-heavyweight hails from Old City, as the boys challenge each other to finish off a rack of infamous Hellfire Ribs.

  • Los Angeles
    Chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking seek out food that's hotter than a Hollywood disaster flick. From an East LA taco joint known for helluva spicy tacos to Diablo Burgers in Hollywood, the climax of their quest is the hottest sushi roll in town covered in 'Shut-up Sauce.' Which leading man has what is takes to take down the Five Star Sushi Roll?
