Chef Ramsay heads to Woodland Park, CO, where he attempts to save an Italian joint with an identity crisis. But the atmosphere, food and service prove to be the least of its problems, as tension flares and the morale among owner Julie and her staff is at an all-time low. The restaurant has an incompetent head chef and fiery staff with a myriad of their own problems, bringing everything to a boil. Julie is driven to her breaking point, and with everything on the line, she looks to Chef Ramsay as her last resort. Can he get through to these warring personalities and wake Julie up to make the dramatic changes needed for success?

Then, at the Prohibition Gastropub in Everett Washington, Ramsay pays a visit to Rishi, the professional belly dancer-turned-restaurant owner, to see if she's given up dancing and shifted focus to running the establishment.
