It's attitudes and altitudes when the chefs take off for a challenge on a plane. Culinary personality Jimmy Canora is the guest judge.
Manhattan Project
The remaining cooks attempt to re-create a signature dish by guest judge Sirio Maccioni. Afterward, they try to please the precise palates of various noted chefs. Andre Soltner is also a guest judge.
