Back To Pazsaz Entertainment Network's Top Chef Masters Page Masters Get Schooled Hubert Keller (Fleur de Lys), Christopher Lee (Aureole), Michael Schlow (Radius Restaurant), and Tim Love (The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro) are the first four chefs to draw knives and kick off a whole new level of culinary competition. Each episode will re-create a classic "Top Chef" quickfire challenge - the first being to create the most creative and delicious dessert they can. At the end, one chef moves on to the Champions Round. The Lost Supper Operating on an extremely tight budget, the chef's must create the perfect amuse bouche using only what they can find in a vending machine. Master chefs Wylie Dufresne (wd-50), Suzanne Tracht (Jar), Graham Elliot Bowles (Graham Elliot Restaurant) and Elizabeth Falkner (Orson) find themselves "lost" as they are challenged to make a meal inspired by the hit TV show, using ingredients such as fish, wild boar, fresh fruits, and other island specialties. "Lost" co-creators, executive producers and writers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof guest star, and one chef moves on to the Champions Round. Offal Tasty The chefs take their skills to the street. Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill), Cindy Pawlcyn (Mustards Grill), Wilo Benet (Pikayo) and Ludo Lefebvre (Ludo Bites) set out to make a treat for Los Angeles pedestrians, creating a quickfire dish based on a color (season two, "Top Chef"). One chef moves on to the Champions Round. Magic Chefs "Top Chef Masters" brings together distinguished chefs Anita Lo (Annisa), Douglas Rodriguez (Alma de Cuba), John Besh (Restaurant August) and Mark Peel (Campanile). The Masters find their hands tied in the quickfire challenge as they must cook an egg with one hand tied behind their back (All Stars Challenge, season three of "Top Chef"), and then must create culinary magic to awe their high-profile guests which include Neil Patrick Harris. One chef moves on to the Champions Round. Miniaturize Me Gastronomes Michael Chiarello, Rick Moonen, Nils Noren and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson are tasked to reinvent junk-food classics. Later, they loom large over three-course mini-meals. Jeff Lewis and Jenni Pulos, both of TV's "Flipping Out," guest star. Trick In A Box Chefs Roy Yamaguchi, Art Smith, Michael Cimarusti and Jonathan Waxman participate in a grocery-store challenge titled "Aisle Trial." Later, they cook up meals based on items in a mystery box. Champions Round Begins The six winning chefs advance to the first installment of the Champions Round, where they must whip up their signature dishes. In a culinary twist, they then re-create their competitors' distinctive meals. Dietary Restrictions The five remaining meal masters beef up the proceedings when they cook burgers. Later, they serve up lunch fare at a celebrity event hosted by actress Zooey Deschanel. Masters Of Disaster All eyes are on the remaining four food fighters when they whip up meals while blindfolded. Afterward, the chefs' teaching and leadership talents are put to the test when they cater an event. The catch: They are forbidden to handle the food. Top Chef Master The winning culinary star is crowned, but first the Final 3 must give rise to a four-course meal based on a memory from their past.
